more than 48 hours
If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will be rescheduled at no charge.
less than 48 hours
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
no show
No call no show's will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and will not be allowed to rebook without pre-paying for their next appointment.
important notes
If we did not take your fee upon booking, keep in mind these policies stand for all future appointments. we understand circumstances out of your control may arise which make it impossible for you to keep a scheduled appointment. we try very hard to work with patience and have previously extended one or more courtesies for previous occurrences.
refunds
We want all guests of noble salon to love their hair. if you get home and decide you don't like something due to technical error, reach out to the salon within 7 days to schedule an adjustment appointment. we are happy to rectify any mistake made on our end. the adjustment must be scheduled within 7 days of your original date of service. due to the extensive time + product spent during custom color appointments, we do not offer refunds.
